A Little About Us

The word grazie translates to mean ‘Thank You’ in Italian.   The owner truly wanted to thank all of his guests for their support and patronage because without them the success of the restaurant would not be possible.  So in 1995 the first Grazie! was established under the name Grazie! An Italian café in the Historic district of downtown Brentwood, California.  The concept was extremely basic in which the guests ordered at a counter… picked a pasta… picked a sauce… and told us what to put in it.  As time went on Grazie! developed away from a small café.   A slight name change occurred in 2001 to Grazie! Italian Cuisine & Martini Bar to accommodate our development into a full service restaurant and bar.  New menu items and drinks have been added throughout the years and our selection now embraces a vast array of menu items from various regions of the World, not just Italy.  Today, Grazie! Grille still holds the same passionate desire to provide extraordinary  value to our guests, in a high-energy, fun environment, along with a sincere commitment to our community.  We recognize that we’ve been able to realize this dream because of our guests.
